Scott Shannon, CPMR – President & Chief Executive Officer

Scott has more than 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the sanitary supply industry. His career began as a Regional Sales Manager for, one of the largest chemical manufacturer/janitorial supply companies in California at the time.

After three successful years, he left his position to form a partnership, Pike/Shannon Systems, an outsourced professional sales and marketing company. The Windsor line of equipment was the agency’s initial line, but the company quickly expanded to include other related products and experienced rapid growth over an 11 year period.

In 1997 Scott left Pike/Shannon systems to form what would become Source One Sales. Scott’s goal was to pursue his vision of a manufacturer’s rep. company that would achieve success by addressing the dramatic changes taking place with the industry’s distributors, end-users and principals. Source One’s success is a direct result of the entire organization’s commitment to provide superior customer service and support. The company’s hands-on approach and close working relationships with its customers and principals as a key reason for its growth.

Scott has served on the board of directors of the Southern California Sanitary Supply Association (SCSSA) as board Secretary and actively supports Young Executives Society (YES) as well as the Manufactures Representatives of America (MRA).

Scott is a featured speaker, on a wide range of industry related topics, at dozens of seminars each year.

Scott is a graduate of the Manufactures Representative Educational Research Foundation’s school at Arizona State University. The Certified Professional Manufactures Representative acredidation is three year investment, with annual continuing education to maintain the CPMR status.

Scott has been married for over 25 years and resides in Valencia, CA with his wife and two sons.

Natalie Shannon – Executive Vice President

Natalie Shannon Natalie has been involved in the Janitorial/Sanitary Supply Industry for over 25 years. She has 27 years experience working in corporate finance. Natalie is directly responsible for all financial operations of the company as well as Human Resources. She works in harmony with the company’s accounting team and our customer and principals financial departments.

Ryan Boring – Regional Manager

Ryan’s hands-on, enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the business, builds strong partnering relationships with customers, principals and end-users alike. Ryan supports our customers and principals alike in helping field efforts throughout the markets that Source One Sales covers.  His experience in end-user development, and working with distributor representatives in growing their business, provides for successful growth for all parties concerned.

Doug Landress – Product Specialist

Doug LandressDoug has worked with the Source One Sales team for more than 15 years. His service to customer and company alike during that time provide a unique skill set that utlizes Doug’s customer service and support skills in the field.

Doug works with the company’s wood floor and installation service’s division, which supports the needs of the customer in maximizing the benfits of the chemical products and equipment Source One Sales represents.
